Welcome to Streatley YHA
We are part of a large network of 240 YHAs in England and Wales. Our building is a large Victorian house in a very picturesque village on the River Thames. Streatley lies at the crossroads of the long distance Ridgeway (85 miles) and Thames (184 miles) footpaths. We are close to the A34, M40 and M4 motorways making us very central for day trips to Oxford, Windsor (Legoland), London, Stratford, Stonehenge, Winchester and Salisbury. Local attractions include Goring Lock, Beale Wildlife and Adventure Park, Basildon Park (National Trust - where Pride And Prejudice was filmed), Wyld Court Living Rainforest, Didcot Railway Centre, Henley-on-Thames and Thatcham Nature Discovery Centre. The local countryside with its rolling hills and charming villages is perfect for walking and cycling.
